FGVredes – Communication, Marketing and Digital Social Networks Center

The mission of FGVredes is to promote research activities, seminars and publications about the phenomenon of digital networks and their unquestionable presence in corporations, universities and in daily life.
Its main areas of action are:  a) the production of theories about the use of social networks in corporations; b) the creation of a digital platform for academic-business interaction to involve the different stakeholders in the subject of digital networks; c) the development of socio-metric indices that are adapted to organizational performance in digital networks; d) an analysis of the discourse about digital networks.
Its objective is to show how digital social networks constitute a new and unlimited communication space, whose content must be taken into account by corporations, public administration, universities and research centers.
