FGVcemif focuses on producing knowledge in the microfinance and financial inclusion area. Its mission is to promote reflection, analysis, knowledge production and the formulation of strategies and to propose institutional changes for the microfinance sector that have financial inclusion and local development as their guiding axes. FGVcemif aims to become a national benchmark and to be recognized as a center of excellence in the formulation and carrying out of research, strategies and actions related to microfinance that have an international reach and promote both financial inclusion and local development.
